What is an Open Box?

An Open Box is an option given to Instagram live sale purchases only and allows the person to not ship their items and keep their box open for future purchases. We hold onto the items for up to 4 Live Sales. This option helps save on shipping costs, but is not allowed for website purchases. If you chose this at checkout and you did not attend an Instagram Live Sale, you will be sent an invoice for shipping costs. 

How long does it take for items to ship?

Items usually take 3-5 days to ship. I try to fulfill orders as fast as I can, if you need an order for a specific occasion, feel free to leave a note at checkout!

Do you do offer a custom carving service?

For some characters I have a Custom Forms option if you are looking for a crystal under Pokémon or video game characters. I am not officially offering an anime custom carving service yet. Designing a standard sized (2in) crystal is not possible at this time. If, however, the carving you have in mind is at least 5 inches tall (rough cost $100+), feel free to send me an email at hercrystalcove@gmail.com or a message on Instagram @hercrystalcove and we can discuss.
