Open Box Policy

The Open Box option is only available for Instagram Live Sale claims.  If you make a purchase from the website and don't already have an Open Box, you are not eligible for an Open Box and will be sent a separate invoice for shipping costs.

When you select the Open Box option, we hold onto your box for up to 4 Live Sales.

After the fourth live sale, or when you reach $200 free shipping (whichever comes first) your box will be shipped, with any updated shipping costs (if applicable). We'll make sure to keep you in the loop with friendly reminders so you can eagerly await your crystal treasures.

All sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each crystal, stone, or mineral is unique, varying in shades, textures, sizes, and shapes. We strive to accurately describe and depict each piece in our descriptions and images. Natural stones may have imperfections such as cracks and inclusions; attaining perfect stones is rare due to their natural characteristics. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out for clarification before making a purchase.

Shipping:

We appreciate your interest in our products, and we want to ensure a smooth shipping experience. Here's an overview of our shipping process:

Shipping charges are determined based on the weight and size of the items.

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. In case you don't receive your tracking number, kindly reach out to us on Instagram.

Presently, we exclusively utilize USPS for shipping, including international orders. Any tariffs or customs fees incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

While we put significant effort into ensuring timely shipping, once your package is with USPS, any delays or losses are beyond our control. For inquiries about the status of your package, please contact your local post office.

We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address unless the mistake is on our part. Please review your address before completing your purchase.

Order Processing Time:

Please allow 3 - 6 business days for order processing. If you place an order after business hours or on a holiday, the processing time commences on the next business day. We strive to fulfill orders promptly while infusing each with care and dedication.
